Privacy Policy
GridVoid, LLC is a South Carolina limited liability company. This policy explains what this website collects, why, and what we do with it. It is short because the site does very little.
What this covers. This policy applies to gridvoid.com. It does not cover services delivered under a signed client agreement or the client portal — those are governed by the agreement between us.
1Information you give us
The engagement form is the only place this site collects personal information. It asks for your name, your company, your work email, and an optional description of what you need — including the organization size, service areas, and timeline you select. You choose what to enter. Only the email address is required.
2Information collected automatically
We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising, or visitor tracking of any kind on this site.
When you submit the engagement form, an automated anti-spam check processes technical signals from your browser — including your IP address, user-agent, and connection characteristics — solely to tell real people apart from automated abuse. Those signals serve that check. We do not use them to build a profile of you.
3How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, to schedule and prepare for a discovery call, and to keep a record of the request. That is the whole list. We do not add addresses submitted through this form to a marketing list.
4How it is stored and who can see it
Information you submit is transmitted and stored using established third-party infrastructure and database providers engaged by GridVoid under contract, on servers located in the United States. Access is restricted to GridVoid personnel.
5We do not sell or share it
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We may disclose information where required by law or valid legal process.
6How long we keep it
We keep an inquiry for as long as we need it to respond, and — where an engagement follows — for the life of that business relationship. Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within twenty-four months.
7Your choices
Email ping@gridvoid.com and ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will do it and confirm when it is done.
8Children
This site is intended for business use and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9Where we operate
GridVoid operates in the United States and serves clients in the United States. This site is not directed to individuals outside the United States.
10Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the revised version on this page with a new effective date.
