These terms govern your use of gridvoid.com. By using this site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1Submissions and confidentiality

Please do not send confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information through the engagement form or by email before a confidentiality agreement is in place. Information you send us before then is not treated as confidential, and we take on no obligation of confidentiality with respect to it.

Keep your first message general. We will tell you when it is appropriate to go into detail, and we will paper it properly first.

2Our content and marks

This site — its text, design, graphics, code, layout, and images — is owned by GridVoid, LLC and protected by copyright. GridVoid and the GridVoid logo are trademarks of GridVoid, LLC.

You may view, browse, and print pages for your own evaluation of our services. You may not copy, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from our content, or use our name or marks, without our prior written permission.

3Acceptable use

When using this site, you agree not to:

• use it in violation of any applicable law;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its systems, or any connected system or network;
• probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site or any connected system, or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measure;
